The Change Factory is a youth-mentoring nonprofit serving Sarasota and Bradenton, FL. Founded in 2009 in Bradenton starting as a flag football team and growing into a movement. We develop character, build leaders, and transform lives through personal, one-on-one coaching.
OUR MISSION +
To raise awareness and self-esteem in young people across Sarasota and Bradenton, so they can show up as the best version of themselves for their families, their communities, and their futures.
OUR APPROACH +
We don't coach in crowds. Every young person gets dedicated 1-on-1 sessions with a coach who meets them exactly where they are building character, sharpening focus, and creating a path forward that's uniquely theirs.
